All sales are final.

Every product is hand-built, unique, and sold as is. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If an order arrives damaged or you believe the wrong item was shipped, contact the workshop as soon as possible with your order details and photos. Those issues will be reviewed directly, but that review does not change the no-return policy.

Custom and personalized items

  • Personalized and made-to-order items are final sale because they are created for one customer
  • Variations in wood grain, engraving tone, and finish are normal for handmade pieces
  • Product photos show representative examples and should be reviewed before ordering
