What shoppers should expect.
The workshop sells handcrafted or personalized goods. Because of that, some pieces are made to order and may vary slightly from the images shown on the product page.
Orders and product descriptions
- Product photos are meant to show the general look, finish, and scale of the piece
- Personalized or made-to-order items may vary slightly from the exact gallery images
- Lead times are estimated on the Shop and product pages before checkout begins
- Orders are accepted when Stripe completes checkout and the payment is authorized
- We may correct obvious errors in product information, pricing, or availability if needed
Shipping, sales tax, and delivery
The workshop ships within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time. Product prices include standard U.S. shipping and current sales tax. Stripe Checkout collects the shipping address before payment is completed.
Intellectual property
Designs, page copy, product photography, logos, and workshop branding remain the property of Gnome's Hollow Tree Workshop unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
Acceptable use
Visitors agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt the storefront, submit false orders, or reuse product imagery and text without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, the workshop is not responsible for indirect or incidental losses arising from the use of the website or the purchase of handmade goods.
Changes
The workshop may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page is the version that applies when you place an order.
